Test expressions of the genes encoding for heme oxygenase HO1 and phycocyanobilin:ferredoxin oxidoreductase PcyA. Expressions were performed with three E. coli strains: BL21(DE3), EcN and the newly constructed EcN(T7) strain. Different concentrations of hemin were added to the EcN(T7) cultures.
