All strains including the control strain (BSW100) were constructed by introducing pGK423-kivd, pGK425-ILV2, and pGK426-ADH6 plasmids. Isobutanol titers were determined at 72 h after the fermentation start. Each data point represents the mean (SD) values obtained from 3 replicate fermentations.
