Enrichment of specific binders against TcdB. The library was enriched by MACS for three rounds as described in the methods. After each round, the enrichment was evaluated by FACS. Yeast cells were incubated with 100 nM biotinylated aTcdB (bio-TcdB) and goat anti-human kappa antibody, followed by secondary labeling with streptavidin-AF488 for detecting antigen binding and donkey anti goat-PE for detecting surface display
