Gel filtration chromatography using Sephadex G-75. The column was eluted with 0.05 M potassium phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) at a flow rate of 5 mL/min. The presence of proteins in eluents was measured with UV‒Vis at A280, and the concentration (µg/mL) was measured with the Bradford method at A595. The concentration of carbohydrates (µg/mL) was measured with the Dubois method at A490
