CT265 EVs are cytotoxic to macrophages and are taken up by macrophages. (A and B) HD11 and PMA-activated THP-1 macrophages were incubated with different concentrations of CT265 EVs (30, 40, or 50 µg/mL) for 24 h. Cell viability was determined with a CCK-8 assay. At each time point, data were normalized to the untreated control. Data are shown as the means ± SEM of three independent experiments. Statistics: one-way ANOVA, *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 compared with no treatment. Data are the means of three biological replicates ± SEM.
