Phylogenetic tree of NFAg31A and other characterized members in four subgroups of GH31 family. Only sequences of characterized enzymes were used for analysis, which were identified as α-glucosidases (AG), maltase-glucoamylase (MGAM), sucrase-isomaltase (SI), α-glucan lyases (GL), α-transglucosylase (ATG), α-galactosidase (AGal), α-N-acetylgalactosaminidases (AaGal) and α-xylosidases (AX).
