Enzymatic activities of flavoproteins in WT and MT strains: A NADH dehydrogenase, B succinate dehydrogenase, C glutathione reductase, and D acetohydroxyacid synthase. Each strain was cultivated in YD liquid medium for a day, and mycelia were collected. Mycelia were suspended in PBS, and the homogenate was prepared by sonication. Each enzymatic activity and protein concentration were determined according to the protocol described in “Methods” section. The error bars represent the standard deviation (n = 3). *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01
