  1. At pH 4.5, the kinetic parameters (Vmax and Km) of the laccase-catalyzed oxidation of ABTS at various doses (0.025‒0.4 mM) were computed. The kinetic constants were derived using the Lineweaver–Burk plots of the reciprocal of reaction velocities and substrate concentrations in the Michaelis–Menten equation
