Constant production of LuxB protein in WY002 and KW028. Strains KU302, WY002, and KW028were were grown for 24 h. Cells solutions of 1 OD600 unit was harvested every 2 h and subjected to 12% SDS-PAGE; lanes 1–12, 13–24, and 25–36 corresponding to 2–24 h cultures of KU302, WY002, and KW028, respectively.
