Heatmap of metabolite changes for the control group ME20 and the treatment group MF20 at 20 h of cultivation. Six independent biological repetitions of each group were measured and are shown in columns. Hierarchical clustering analyses were performed on those 12 samples with known annotations. The well in red indicates metabolite is up-expressed, and the well in blue indicates metabolite is down-expressed.
