Gene dosage effect on taxanes production. LRS6 and BN1-4 were cultivated in 50 mL of YPG medium in shake flasks for 72 h. A Taxanes and B biomass curves for LRS6, BN1, BN2 and BN3. The CYP725A4 is overexpressed in BN1, BN3 and BN4 and POR is overexpressed in BN2.
