Very long chain fatty acids in strains YL12 (pTEF-YlLRO1, pTEF-TaFAE1), YL13 (pTEF-YlDGA2, pTEF-TaFAE1), and YL15 (pTEF-YlDGA1, pTEF-TaFAE1). Green arrows indicate fatty acids natural for Y. lipolytica increased by expression of TaFAE1.
