Identification of C1-oxidized cello-oligosaccharides catalyzed by AA9 LPMOs of thermophlic fungi in the horse gut at 37 ˚C using MALDI-TOF-MS. The two recombinant AA9 LPMOs (CtPMO1 and HiPMO1) and the native AA9 LPMO (TaAA9A) were used to cleave cellulose at 37 °C.
