Identification of C1-oxidized cello-oligosaccharides catalyzed by AA9 LPMOs of thermophlic fungi in the horse gut at 37 ˚C using MALDI-TOF-MS. The two recombinant AA9 LPMOs (CtPMO1 and HiPMO1) and the native AA9 LPMO (TaAA9A) were used to cleave cellulose at 37 °C. C1-oxidized cello-oligosaccharides (m/z + 30), non-oxidized cello-oligosaccharides (m/z + 0). Some molecular ion peaks of CH3OH occur in MALDI-TOF-MS spectra of TaAA9A reaction products.
