Horizontal dash line represented p = 0.05 and vertical dash lines represented FC of 0.8333 and 1.2, respectively. Variations of metabolites with FC ≤ 0.8333 or ≥ 1.2 and p < 0.05 indicated as highly regulated. Green color represents highly regulated metabolites in central carbon metabolism; pink color represents highly regulated fatty acids; orange color represents highly regulated amino acids
