S9 was treated with pyridoxalphosphate-6-azophenyl-2′, 4′-disulfonic acid (PPADS) and reactive blue (RB) at 10 µM or apyrase (2 U/mL) for 30 min, then placed in the center of 10-cm PDA plate.
