  1. Human PBMCs from healthy donors (n = 5) were cultured for 24 h in the absence or presence of 50 IU/mL rhIL-2, 10 ng/mL rhIL-15 or 35.7 ng/mL IL-15/SuIL-15Rα-IgG4 Fc complexes, and the expression of selected markers on CD8+ T cells was analyzed by flow cytometry.
