Glc-6-P, Glucose-6-phosphate; Glc-1-P: Glucose-1-phosphate; Ru5P: Ribulose-5-phosphate; X5P: xylulose-5-phosphate; R5P: Ribose-5-phosphate; S7P: sedoheptulose-7-phosphate; GlcN-6-P: 6-phospho-gluconate; GlcN-1-P: 1-phospho-gluconate; GlcNAc-1-P: Glucosamine-1-phosphate. The metabolites in different colors are corresponding with the differently colored groups in LPS and CA molecules
