  1. CdS QDs synthetized by Pedobacter sp. UYP1 after 80 min were used as photosensitizers in solar cells. Four solar cells were constructed and the photovoltaic parameters obtained from the I–V curves. Average values and standard deviations for the assay are shown. Results from previous works were included for comparison
