Effect of N-terminal and C-terminal fusion with a 6 × His tag on the activity of recombinant full-length OaCLH. Specific activities of purified N-terminally and C-terminally 6 × His-tagged full-length OaCLH were measured with the standard chlorophyllase activity assay method, using Chl a as the substrate. The Bradford method was used to quantify the protein. Values are the means ± standard deviation (SD) of three independent experiments
