Compared with the control group, the colonic mucosal lesions in the DSS group were obvious, with a wide range of hyperemia, edema, ulcers and bleeding observed (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001). Compared with the DSS-induced colitis group, with the treatment of TAK-242, the degree of colonic mucosal lesions was significantly ameliorated ( #p < 0.05, ##p < 0.01, ###p < 0.001)
