Phosphorylation of the nutrient signaling markers during fermentation in synthetic musts. Strains EC1118 (a, b) and BQS252 (c, d) were grown in synthetic must MS300 (a, c) and MS60 (b, d). Specific antibodies against the Rps6 and Snf1 phosphorylated forms were used. A specific antibody against Rps6 was employed as the loading control for Rps6 phosphorylation and the anti-polyHis antibody was utilized to detect total Snf1. An anti-Myc antibody was employed to detect the epitope tagged versions of Par32 and Gln3. Pgk1 was used as the loading control
