Effect of phosphite in the growth of T. atroviride. aT. atroviride IMI 206040 mycelium plugs or conidia (1 × 105) were inoculated in solid modified Vogel’s minimal media supplemented with different concentrations of phosphite (Phi; 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 mM) as the sole phosphorus (P) source. Media without P (No P), with phosphate (Pi) as the P source and PDA were used as controls. bT. atroviride conidia (1 × 105) were inoculated in liquid modified Vogel’s minimal media supplemented with different concentrations of phosphite (Phi; 1, 2, 4, and 5 mM) as the sole phosphorus (P) source.
