The reaction course of enantioconvergent hydrolysis of rac-mCSO by whole cells which expressed PvEH1Y3Z2. The hydrolysis of mCSO was carried out at 25 °C, 2 mL volume containing 20 mM rac-mCSO, 100 mg/mL E. coli/pveh1Y3Z2 wet cells until the conversion reached over 99%.
