Survival of Bifidobacterium longum JDM301 and JDM301AR under acid stress, osmotic stress or oxidative stress. Exponential cells were collected and resuspended into fresh modified MRS with low pH (3.5), or into modified MRS containing 1.25 mM H2O2 (oxidative stress) or 0.5 M NaCl (osmotic stress).
