Effects of temperature on the activity of SfSFGH. a Thermal stability of SfSFGH. SfSFGH was heated at various temperatures, ranging from 25 to 70 °C. Then, 10 μg SfSFGH was collected every 15 min and the residual activity was measured using p-NA as a substrate. Activity is shown relative to the initial activity. b Enzymatic activity of SfSFGH was evaluated at different temperatures. Relative activity of SfSFGH was measured using pNP-C2 as a substrate after 1 h incubation at each temperature. A two-tailed unpaired Student t test was used to evaluate statistical significance: *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.005. All experiments were performed in triplicate
