The enzymes RFK, RosB and RosA are active in recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum strains as shown by HPLC analysis of the resulting specific reaction products (structures shown above the graphs). Cell-free extracts of IPTG-induced Corynebacterium glutamicum strains (harvested 6 h after induction) were used in different enzyme assays.
