pF8k-RFP and pF5k-RFP plasmids, two Bglbrick-based expression vectors for B. sacchari. pF8k-RFP (5284 bp) and pF5k-RFP (5617 bp) vectors were constructed by changing the replication origins of BglBrick pB8k-RFP and pB5k-RFP plasmids, respectively. Nomenclature of these plasmids is identical to Bglbrick vectors, except the B (BBR1 from BglBrick vectors) is replaced by F (pBBR1 full from pBBR1MCS-2) (details in text).
