Relative fluorescence (full dataset) representing the translational efficiencies of the 13 RBSs in engineered Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 strains. Two alternative fluorescence reporters used in the study were a sYFP2 and b GFPmut3b, measured from intact cells at 6 h after induction. The bars showing the average relative fluorescence values (%) and standard deviations were calculated from six parallel biological replicates and three technical replicates (n = 18) normalized to OD750 nm. The arrows indicate the RBSs which differ the most between the two datasets
