LesR and Clp regulated a significant number of overlapping transcripts. (a) RNA-Seq revealed that LesR has a broad regulatory effect, controlling the transcription of 389 genes (Additional file 1: Table S2). The predicted functions of the LesR-controlled gene products are indicated by different colors. b The overlap of LesR and Clp in their controlled transcripts. A total of 135 genes (Additional file 1: Table S2) were found to be controlled at the mRNA level both by LesR and Clp. The data of the transcriptome of Clp were obtained from our published report [15]
