Bacteria were cultivated with 50 mL NBS medium in a 100 mL flask shaking at 220 rpm and 37 °C in anaerobic conditions with an initial OD600 of 0.6. The intracellular NADH, NAD+ were extracted at exponential phase. Data are average values and standard deviations of triplicate experiments
