Effect of two kinds of ILs on the activity and permeability of cells. ASP cells were pretreated for 2 h by two kinds of ILs sat 0.5 % (v/v) and washed with PBS for three times, respectively. The relative activity compared with control was determined by MAR value. The permeability of cells can be characterized by nucleic acid and protein leakage, respectively.
