  1. This strain was cultured at 10 °C for 8 days with or without cerulenin. FAMEs were extracted from two samples and analyzed by GC or GC/MS (See “Methods”). The quantification of each fatty acid from two samples was repeated in triplicate (n = 3). The data was indicated as mean percentage of total peak area ± SEM
  2. a,b,c,d The double bonds of these fatty acids are still unknown. C16:0iso is branch fatty acid with 15 carbons in main chain, while C19:0iso is branch fatty acid with 18 carbon in main chain. These were confirmed by GC–MS
