PC-DFA results of FT-IR spectra collected from different S. lividans TK24 strains at various time points during growth on minimal medium. Eight biological replicates and three technical replicates were used to generate the model which accounted for 99.8 % of the variance (20 PCs). Different colours represent different strains [wild (W, red), empty plasmid containing (E, green) and protein producing (T, blue) strains].
