Extracted ion chromatography of peptide 50 S-Q 67 from proRCLCNQ. The unmodified and deamindated peptides 50SVQWYQAHGGN60YTALINQ67 in control (−PNGase F) or after treatment with PNGase F samples obtained by AspN and trypsin double digestion were indicated in the figure. The confirmed N-glycosylation site were marked in red. The automatic peak integration were indicated as AA. The peaks were scaled to 1.29E8 as 100% for both panels.
