Extracted ion chromatography of peptide 39 D-K 49 from proRCLCNQ. The unmodified and deamindated peptides 39DPDAEAYYIN48K49 in control (−PNGase F) or after treatment with PNGase F samples obtained by AspN and trypsin double digestion were indicated in the figure. The confirmed N-glycosylation site were marked in red. The automatic peak integration of area under the curve were indicated as AA. The peaks were scaled to 2.7E6 as 100% for all panels.
