Protein synthesis inhibition assay on Daudi cells exposed for 72 hours to increasing concentrations of 4KB-PE40 (blue diamonds), 4KB(218)-PE40 (green circles) or 4KB(218)-SAP (violet triangles). Protein synthesis inhibition is expressed as a percentage of [14C]-leucine incorporation compared to untreated control cells. Error bars represent standard deviations from the mean of triplicate samples.
