The numbers correspond to the aliquot number during the NaCl gradient. After purification, pools 4 to 7 where dialyzed against BA 50 mM and lyophilized. Part of the lyophilized protein was resuspended in PBS. C) and D) SDS-PAGE and Western Blot using anti-NoV from this pool are shown, respectively.
