Accumulation ratios of [14C]-glycerol on exponential growing cells on YPGE subjected to incubation at 4°C during 20 h: wt cells (triangle) and gpd1Δgpd2Δ mutant cells (circle). Cells were assayed in the absence (close symbols) or in the presence (open symbols) of CCCP. In the insert are represented the control experiments of non-stressed cells.
