The effect of ultrasound on pure protein (G-CSF) was studied. At lower power output (30%) not strong enough to disturb bacterial cells no protein aggregation was noticed. However, at 40% power output (strong enough for IBs isolation) protein solution became cloudy as protein G-CSF started to precipitate from the solution.
