Nucleotides in boldface indicate the conserved catalytic core nucleotides, and the arrow marks the cleavage site. Ribozyme numbering is according to Butcher and Burke [220, 221]. This representation displays in trans cleavage, but the catalytic core nucleotides and the cleavage site are the same for in cis cleavage.
