Dose response curves of five of the HIV hits. TZM-bl cells were pre-incubated with 10-fold serial dilutions of compounds and vehicle control for 2 h and infected with HIV_LAI at an MOI = 0.5. 48 h after initial infection luciferase expression was quantified (see Materials and Methods). Cell toxicity was measured in parallel plates. Curves show the drug dose vs. the response normalized to the control. Error bars are standard error of the mean.
