  1. Sequences were compared to the S. cerevisiae CEN.PK113-7D strain[26] whole genome shotgun contigs (Accession number: PRJNA52955) by BLASTN analysis[27] using BLOSUM 62 substitution matrix. The statistical significance of matches found (Blast score and E-value) are reported.
