  1. Nine of the most relevant genes affected by elevated pressure (Pressure) and elevated pressure and dissolved oxygen (Pressure Oxygen) were tested. Differential expression is given in fold change (FC) where positive and negative values indicate how many times the gene transcription is increased and decreased, respectively, compared to the Control. The significance of differential expression is given by the adjusted P-value (Adj. P-value).
