Determination of the GFP expression of the MCP tac s promoter clusters by SDS-PAGE. After 16 h cultivation, cells were harvested and lysed completely in isometric PBS. 15 μL supernatant containing GFP was subjected to SDS-PAGE. GFP bands were measured with ImageJ software, and the areas of their corresponding peaks were used to denote the relative GFP amounts.
