Effect of temperature on activity of recombinant Arthrobacter sp. 22c L-arabinose isomerase. Reaction mixtures containing 0.2 mg mL-1Arthrobacter sp. 22c L-arabinose isomerase and 4% (w/v) D-galactose in 20 mM potassium phosphate buffer pH 7.0 were incubated at temperatures from 25 to 65°C for 12 h.
