Batch cultivation of T. reesei in a FlowerPlate. Reproducibility of the scattered light was low for the wild type and RutC30 TR3158, but high for RutC30. All strains exhibited strong wall growth. Due to this extensive wall growth, the FlowerPlate was considered unsuitable for a reproducible cultivation workflow.
