Characterization of seven synthetic promoters in P. pantotrophus DSM 2944 in comparison to P. putida KT2440. Triplicates of every strain were cultured in the BioLector (Bechmann Coulter GmbH, Aachen, Germany) in MSM medium with 20 mM glucose in a 96-well plate.
