β-glucuronidase activity in cell lysates of S. albus J1074 containing uidA gene under control of different promoters. The native and synthetic pamA and pamF genes promoters from the R2, R2-67, R2-73 and R2-100 cosmids were used. The strains were grown for 10, 30, 50 and 80 h in SGG medium. S. albus J1074 pGUS was used as the blank sample. The activity was normalized to dry biomass weight. Biological triplicates were performed for this experiment (n = 3)
