Production of different pamamycin derivatives by S. albus J1074 P21pamW strain, carrying engineered R2 cosmids. The pamamycin production was assessed as sum of area under the curve (AUC) of LC–MS peaks with the same m/z value. Pamamycin derivatives are indicated by their molecular weight. Recombinant R2 cosmids are labeled by assigned numbers. Biological triplicates were performed for this experiment (n = 3)
