Fluorescence microscopy of EGFP and mSbsC-EGFP expressing yeast transformants. Yeast cells expressing EGFP (A) or mSbsC-EGFP (C) were cultivated in selective minimal medium to exponential phase and analysed by fluorescence microscopy.
